Cetaphil and a chance to win a Family Photoshoot
One of the trusted brands in our family for skincare is Cetaphil.This European brand is a favourite because they have over 40 years’ history of formulating gentle yet effective products that are dermatologically tested. What excited us was when they launched their Cetaphil Baby range. Although our kids are all school-going, this remains one of their go-to products for bath time!
Nadine loves Cetaphil Baby Ultra Moisturising Bath and Wash because she “loves the smell!” The bath has moisturising properties as it has aloe vera and almond oil, and it always leaves her skin very soft and smooth. There is no dryness after bath, you see, the bath & wash is tear free, paraben free, colourant free, mineral oil free and it’s hypoallergenic!
Nathan, on the other hand, is really happy with the Cetaphil Baby Gentle Wash & Shampoo! As with the Bath & Wash, the shampoo is totally tear free, and as a boy, he loves it that this same Wash & Shampoo is for both his hair and body! It’s a boy thing.. Ultimate lazy! Yet this product keeps him clean and smelling good. So he’s happy and I’m definitely happy!
The Wash & Shampoo is also tear free, paraben free, colourant free, mineral oil free, AND hypoallergenic! In fact, all the Cetaphil Baby products are.
This is important especially for babies and those with eczema. To minimize the risk of allergies, the products are hypoallergenic and formulated with only a select few ingredients. All the formulae are dermatologist tested to be safe and gentle on baby’s skin. It’s also free of additives that can irritate sensitive skin including mineral oil, parabens, preservatives, essential oils, and colourants.
Now how about Nicole? She is a fan of Cetaphil Baby Daily Lotion. Every day after bath, she would faithfully apply the lotion on her arms and legs. I love it cos it’s a good habit to keep our bodies moisturised and the secret to this daily lotion is the Shea Butter! Yes! That’s the ingredient that we use to get rid of stretch marks when we were pregnant! The Shea Butter in Cetaphil Baby Daily Lotion works to preserves the skin batter, keeping the skin soft and supple.
One of the favourite bit of Cetaphil Baby products is the packaging! Haha! I never thought I would say this, but check out the bottles! The unique shape makes it easy for your hands to grab, esp when you are bathing your little one! And those little raised grooves? It is a very clever anti-slip design!
