Three-Egg Steamed Dish with Minced Meat

Simple steamed egg dish which is my childhood favourite!
  • 3 Chicken Eggs
  • 1 Century Egg
  • 1 Salted Egg
  • 200g Minced Meat (Chicken or Pork is fine)
  • 250ml Hot Water
  • Seasoning - Salt, Pepper, Sesame Oil
  • 1 Spring Onion, finely chopped
  1. Break Chicken Eggs and Salted Egg in a bowl
  2. Remove Salted Egg yolk and put aside
  3. Unshell Century Egg
  4. Chop the Salted Egg yolk and Century Egg into small pieces
  5. Beat the Chicken Eggs well
  6. Add Minced Meat to the Chicken Eggs
  7. Season the mixture
  8. Pour 250ml Hot Water into the mixture
  9. Mix well
  10. Pour the mixture into a casserole or baking tin
  11. Put dish in the steamer and set on high fire for 3 min
  12. Turn the fire down to medium for another 5 min
  13. Garnish with spring onion and serve
