Three-Egg Steamed Dish with Minced Meat

- 3 Chicken Eggs
- 1 Century Egg
- 1 Salted Egg
- 200g Minced Meat (Chicken or Pork is fine)
- 250ml Hot Water
- Seasoning - Salt, Pepper, Sesame Oil
- 1 Spring Onion, finely chopped
- Break Chicken Eggs and Salted Egg in a bowl
- Remove Salted Egg yolk and put aside
- Unshell Century Egg
- Chop the Salted Egg yolk and Century Egg into small pieces
- Beat the Chicken Eggs well
- Add Minced Meat to the Chicken Eggs
- Season the mixture
- Pour 250ml Hot Water into the mixture
- Mix well
- Pour the mixture into a casserole or baking tin
- Put dish in the steamer and set on high fire for 3 min
- Turn the fire down to medium for another 5 min
- Garnish with spring onion and serve
