Fried Chee Cheong Fun with Bacon & Eggs

- 1 Packet of Chee Cheong Fun (from the Supermarket, about 4 rolls)
- 3 Eggs
- 3-4 strips of Streaky Bacon
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Chop Streaky Bacon to a preferred size.
- Fry in a large Skillet
- Add 10 ml of water to bacon to prevent oil splatter
- Cut Chee Cheong Fun into 2-3 cm rolls
- When Bacon is crispy, add in Chee Cheong Fun
- Add another 10 ml of water. Ensure the rolls are touching the water
- Lower to Medium Fire
- When Chee Cheong Fun has softened, stir and mix with Bacon
- Beat the eggs and add salt and pepper
- Stir into the skillet
- Turn the fire to High
- Fry and mix well. When Eggs are cooked, the dish is ready
